What Is LifeHub? One Place for Your Tasks, Bills, Dates and Notes

A practical introduction to the browser-based life organizer, what you can do with it, and how to start without rebuilding your whole routine.

One week, five different places

A task for Thursday is in one app. The bill due Friday is in an email. Your grocery list is on a scrap of paper, and the appointment you meant to remember is on the wall calendar. None of those tools is necessarily bad, but finding the right detail when you need it can become a task of its own.

LifeHub is a browser-based organizer for bringing everyday tasks, bills, important dates, notes and lists into one place. You can start with a free plan and add more planning and reminder features through Premium if you need them. Here is what it does and a simple way to decide whether it fits your routine.

Put the work you need to do in a task list

Create a task, set a due date and priority, and add a note with the context you will need later. For repeating chores or routines, choose a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly recurrence. The Tasks area helps you distinguish what is due today, what is coming up and what you have finished. For a first step, enter only three real tasks you would otherwise keep in your head.

Keep bills and dates visible

Add a bill with its amount and due date, choose how it repeats, set a reminder ahead of time and mark it paid when done. Upcoming and overdue bills are easier to spot in one place. The Calendar area can hold appointments, birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates, with optional times and advance reminder settings. Yearly recurring dates can return automatically. LifeHub helps you track these details; it does not pay bills on your behalf.

Save notes and everyday lists

Store reference details or ideas as searchable notes, and pin the ones you use most. A grocery list, packing list or gift-idea list can live there too. The point is not to migrate every document you own. Start with the list you reach for most often, then keep it updated in one trusted place.

Ask the built-in assistant about what you have saved

LifeHub includes a chat assistant that can look at your saved information and answer questions such as “Which bills are due soon?” or “What tasks are due today?” It is a quicker way to find details already in your account, not a replacement for checking important financial or health information yourself.

What is free, and what does Premium add?

The free plan includes unlimited everyday tasks, notes, grocery and packing lists, and up to three saved appointments. Premium adds unlimited reminders, the full calendar and scheduling experience, and smart organization features. Premium costs $4.99 per month or $50 per year. Its seven-day trial requires a credit card; after seven days, the selected plan bills automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from My Subscription. Check the pricing page for current plan details and any feature limits before subscribing.

Try a small, useful setup

  1. Add three tasks you actually need to do this week.
  2. Enter one upcoming bill and one important date so you can see the reminders in context.
  3. Move one grocery or packing list into Notes.
  4. Review those items once a week; do not maintain unnecessary duplicates in several places. Keep any separate backup or reminder you genuinely need.

If that simple setup makes your next week easier to navigate, you can keep building from there. If you want a structured starting point without signing up, use the free 7-day life organization checklist.
