Information we collect

LifeHub is a personal life organizer. The data you create and store in the app includes:

• Tasks you create, including titles, due dates, priorities, recurrence, and notes.
• Bills you track, including names, amounts, due dates, and recurrence settings.
• Important dates and events, such as birthdays, appointments, anniversaries, and reminders.
• Notes and any text you choose to save.
• Account information, such as your email address, used to identify you and keep your data tied to your account.

We do not access the contents of the data you store except as needed to provide the app's features to you.

Referral and campaign measurement

When you arrive at LifeHub from a link — for example from an advertisement, a partner website, or a search result — we store standard referral parameters (such as UTM tags), the page you first landed on, and the referring website in your browser's local storage, along with a random identifier. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you create an account or sign in. It is then linked to your account so we can understand which channels bring people to LifeHub. This is first-party, internal measurement only; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks for this purpose.

How we store and secure your data

Your data is stored securely through Base44's managed backend infrastructure. Data is associated with your user account and protected by authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.

Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your information is used solely to operate LifeHub and provide its features to you.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments powered by Wix. LifeHub does not store your full payment card details. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored in your account and to delete it at any time. You can remove individual items within the app, or delete your entire account from the settings, which permanently erases your tasks, bills, events, and notes.
